What happens before they call

Customers pick a business on their phone. Then they call it.

They can’t see your work until they’ve hired you, so they judge how you look. They line up three or four of you on one screen and call the one that looks like it does the best job. The rest never find out they were in the running, because nobody calls to say no.

Most fixes happen one piece at a time: a site builder one weekend, a cheap logo another year. Nothing matches, so the business looks neglected, however good the work is.

We redo every piece at once, in one look, and show it to you finished before you pay.

What it’s worth

You’re already paying for customers who never call.

Ads, flyers, the van, word of mouth. Every one of them sends people to look you up first, even referrals. When your first screen loses them, you’ve paid for a customer someone else gets.

Fix that screen once and three things happen:

  • More of them call.
  • Everything you already pay for works harder.
  • You can charge more.

Questions owners ask

What’s the catch?

It’s a subscription. Keep your makeover and it’s US$349 a month. Don’t, and you owe nothing. We’d rather spend a few hours building yours than an hour pitching you.

Will this get me more customers?

Customers judge your look before they ever see your work. Researchers at Carleton University found it takes them about 50 milliseconds. In a 2008 study, the same words on a better-looking page were rated more believable in 19 of 21 tests. Your makeover fixes that look everywhere they check.

I already have a website. Why switch?

Open it on your phone next to a competitor’s. Whichever looks more put-together gets the call, whatever the words say. Then put it next to your new one, free, and see which you’d call.

Will it look like a template?

No. Each one starts from what your business should be known for. Scroll the samples at the top: sixteen businesses, sixteen looks.

Can I change things I don’t like?

Yes. Changes are included. Tell us what you’d like different and we’ll update it.

What happens when I say yes?

We do the go-live for you. We host the site and buy your domain, both covered by the plan. Already have a domain? We connect it for you. On launch day, your Google, Facebook and Instagram switch to the new look too.

Do I need to send photos?

No. We start from what’s already online. If you’d like us to use better ones, reply to our email with what you’d post on Facebook, and we’ll pick the strongest.

Who owns the site and domain, and what if I cancel later?

No contract; cancel anytime. Your domain, logo, brand files and profiles are yours from launch day. The site stays up through your last paid month. After 12 months, the website is yours.

See your new look before the next customer finds the old one.
